Shipping Policy

We ship orders from our practice in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Because several of the products we carry are temperature-sensitive, orders are packed and timed with that in mind rather than simply dispatched as fast as possible.

Rates and destinations

Shipping is a flat $55 (USD) per order within the United States, charged once however many items the order contains. We do not currently ship internationally. The rate covers the insulated packaging and expedited transit that health products require.

Lab panels are never charged shipping. Your blood draw happens at our Fredericksburg office, so there is nothing to post. An order containing only lab panels is not charged the shipping rate and does not ask you for a delivery address. If you order a lab panel together with a product we ship, the one flat $55 applies to the shipped item.

Handling and delivery times

Handling: 1–3 business days. Orders are reviewed and prepared before dispatch; prescription items are released once the necessary clinical review is complete.

Transit: 2–5 business days after dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is therefore typically 3–8 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin handling on the next business day.

Temperature-sensitive shipments

Items requiring cold-chain handling are packed with insulation and dispatched so that they are not sitting in transit over a weekend. This occasionally means an order placed late in the week ships the following Monday — a short deliberate delay is safer than a compromised product.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and tracking details once it ships. If tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase the carrier.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout — we cannot redirect a package once it has been collected by the carrier, and re-shipping a returned parcel incurs a second shipping charge. Some shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend an address where someone can receive the package promptly, particularly for temperature-sensitive items.
