Executive Health & Performance
You’ve managed everything except your own health. This is the appointment that gets you an actual baseline — and a plan built around performing at full capacity for the next twenty years.
The annual physical was never designed for this
A standard annual physical is built to screen a population, not to optimize an individual. Fifteen minutes, a basic panel, and a “everything looks normal” — which tells you only that you don’t currently have a diagnosable disease.
That’s a low bar for someone carrying a company, a team, or a family on their capacity to think clearly and keep going. The questions that actually matter at forty, fifty, and sixty are different: where is my energy going, what is my cardiometabolic risk really trending toward, are my hormones where they should be, and what will decide how well I’m functioning at seventy?
Executive health at True You is a longer look, with better testing, and a physician who has the time to interpret it with you.
Why “normal” isn’t the goal
A standard physical vs. an executive work-up
The difference is depth, time, and what happens after the results come back.
The standard annual physical
- 15 minutes, often with a different provider each year
- A basic panel screening for overt disease
- “Normal” means not currently flagged
- Results arrive as a portal message
- Nothing until next year
Executive health at True You
- Unhurried time with the same physician who knows your history
- Advanced labs — hormones, metabolic, inflammatory, nutrient status
- Optimal ranges — where a high-functioning body actually sits
- Results reviewed with you, in plain language, with a plan
- Direct access to your physician, and follow-up that tracks change
Most of what determines how you feel and function sits inside the “normal” band. That’s precisely the range a screening physical is not designed to examine.
What we assess
Cardiometabolic risk
Beyond standard cholesterol — the markers that actually track long-term risk.
Hormones
Testosterone, thyroid, cortisol, and the hormones behind drive and recovery.
Cognitive capacity
Focus, mental stamina, and the physiological inputs underneath both.
Sleep & stress load
The recovery side of performance, which is where most executives are short.
Body composition
Lean mass and visceral fat — better signals than weight alone.
Nutrient status
Deficiencies that quietly cap energy and cognition for years.

Who this is for
This tends to be the right fit if
- You’re between 40 and 60 and want the next two decades at full capacity
- Your energy and focus aren’t what they were, and “normal labs” hasn’t helped
- You’d rather act on trends now than react to a diagnosis later
- You want one physician who knows your whole picture
- You value time and directness over navigating an insurance system
Executive health — common questions
How is this different from an executive physical elsewhere?
Do I need a specific diagnosis to come in?
Is it covered by insurance?
How much time does it take?
Can my spouse or leadership team come too?
